  Best Family Resort In Dubai

  Great resort, so spacious, fresh and clean. Rooms are awesome. Sooo much to do especially for the kids. Food is great and nice variety of options. You can relax by the pool, enjoy all the slides, swim in the sea, everything you need and want in a holiday:)

  Good Service always beats competitors in the long-term

  Vacation was very relaxing and restful. Service was top notch. The cleaning service is outstanding! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day and towel decoration was very creative - children were very fond of it. The whole staff is outstandingly kind and especially friendly towards children - we highly appreciate it. I would like to praise 3 people: Didar hussain (waiter): very kind and supportive. Very children friendly. Always took care of our needs. Lama (waiter): very kind and supportive. Very children friendly. Always took care of our needs. !!! He surprised our daughter with a birthday cake and a birthday song during dinner time !!! Faruk Muhammad (driver, concierge): This man drove my daughter with me to a hospital because of her injury. He did not just drop us off in the hospital. He intermediated for us. After a denial of the Dubai hospital (no children’s doctor available) a immediately drove us to another emergency station. After another denial he took us to a pharmacy. He did not let us down and he always struggled to find the best solution for my daughters injury. I am very grateful to have met such a kind man and we highly appreciate his efforts and kindness. One negative fact I have to mention: Airplanes fly very frequently above the hotel even in the evening and at night. This needs to be mentioned prior booking.

  Good for family trip

  Very comfortable and kids friendly hotel. Only setback is the salesgirl that sell tube, toys. She seems very arrogant and dont like the shopper touch anything in the shop which i think its weird as she sell kids toys as well. And not sure if because of language barrier but she didnt really know to speak warmly to the shopper. Would rate 10/10 without the shop

  Brilliant Staff and Hotel

  We had a brilliant time at this hotel .Unfortunately the Lazy river and Rock pool were closed for unexpected maintenance which we weren’t aware of however the front desk manager went out of his way to reassure us and compensate for the misunderstanding . The hotel is exceptionally clean excellent large rooms again spotless. Nice big rooms good bathrooms and nice shower. Food was excellent throughout our stay with a good choice . Part buffet / part a la carte . We enjoyed the use of the various pools. The adults pool was not that cool as temp was very hot and pool quite small. Nice if I want to relax. We preferred the other larger pools which were cooling in the heat. The staff around the pools again do not stop tidying up and c;eating I’ve never seen such an effort to keep everything so clean and tidy was remarkable on their part. All the staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly and polite . It is an excellent hotel for families especially if you have small children. Our children are in their twenties and we still had a brilliant time . A special thank you to ‘Brent’ the front office manager who took special interest in us and couldn’t have done more to accommodate us he was brilliant to speak and deal with and an excellent manager for the hotel . Thank you also to waiting staff ‘Ankus, Ivan and Ayo in the restaurants for the professionalism and excellent service. Would;d definitely 100% recommend this hotel and hope to return again. Thank you for a fantastic time at your hotel

  Great weekend stay

  We had a great time at Centara we arrived early and we wera allowed to use the hotel’s facility right away upon getting our room cards our room was upgraded. Every staff that we met have been very accommodating, food choices we’re varied and it was a good decision to upgrade to full board package although drinks were not included. The room itself was very spacious with a nice view of the sea/pool area, although i wish the aircon is a bit colder. We were also surprised to find a cake in our room upon returning from swimming which was a nice gesture since it was my partner’s birthday. Overall we would like to go back again to Centara

  Memorable experience

  We had a memorable experience in this hotel, there were 8 of us including two children, all of whom were very satisfied with the hotel, the facilities were excellent, the variety of food was good, the service was excellent, and the behavior of the staff was very polite. We will choose this hotel again.

  Centara

  Hotel is half hour from airport, don't get a taxi from anyone offering one inside terminal they wanted £26. Go outside to government taxis I payed £11 going and £7-50 on return. Check in was superb quick and easy. The hotel is very family oriented, lots of young kids so be prepared for noisy kids running around. Rooms were excellent, food good and drink pretty good . Beer is Thai Chang 5% in bottles no draugh. Always cold. Spirits vodka, whisky, gin, rum and tequila. If you want baileys or anything else you have to pay. Wine was a Sauvignon Blanc from Australia which was very drinkable. We were on a all inclusive package which was ok. Temperatures were average 38°. All in all we had a enjoyable week.

  Family trip

  The hotel is one of the best that i have stayed in for last 10 years. Everything was great starting form check in, through quality of rooms, food and service in restaurants, kindness of all employees, facilities, bars, pools ands so on; ending at check out. The only thing we werent prepared nor informed about before arriving was construction of some pool areas that we really wanted to expierience.
