  Schöne Lage am Fluß

  Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Essen war wirklich im ganzen Hotel sehr gut. Der Service war von sehr gut bis fragwürdig zu bewerten. Besonders nett und kompetent waren die Damen im Spa und wir danken herzlich für die tollen Mangroven- Bootsfahrten mit den Herren vom Wassersport. Es wurde sehr auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Wir können das Centara Ceysand weiterempfehlen.

  Schöne Anlage

  Sind leider zur falschen Zeit dort gewesen. Terroranschlag in Colombo. In der Anlage nichts davon bemerkt. Sehr sauber, Zimmer ok. Stadt selber leider sehr dreckig. Essen ausgezeichnet. Tuk Tuk Fahrer am Strand mit fairen Preisen (300 Rupien in die Stadt und zurück).

  Gutes schön gelegenes Hotel

  Sehr schön und ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Haben uns wohlgefühlt. Wunderbarer Sandstrand. Jedoch 2 Punkte die verbesserungswürdig sind, möchte ich doch noch erwähnen. 1. Der Service beim Frühstück und Abendessen könnte besser sein. Wir hatten Halbpension +. Es musste für eine Nachbestellung der Getränke teilweise extrem lange und mehrmals einem Kellner gerufen werden, damit man nochmals Getränke nachbestellen konnte.... Teilweise etwas chaotische Zustände bei den Kellnern, da keiner wirklich zuständig war. 2. Beim Check-In, Ankunft nach 16:00 Uhr konnten wir unser Zimmer nicht direkt beziehen. Wir wurden durch einen Mitarbeiter ans Zimmer geführt, jedoch war dieses noch nicht verfügbar, da ein Techniker noch etwas reparieren musste. Daraufhin wurden wir durch den Mitarbeiter in den alten Seitenflügel begleitet. Dort wollte er uns mit einem Zimmer (seitlicher Meerblick mit 2 Einzelbetten) vermitteln. Erst auf unseren Einwand hin, mit dem Hinweis, dass wir sicher nicht ein solches Zimmer bezahlt hätten, wurden wir wieder in die Rezeption geführt. Nach einer Wartezeit in der Bar, mit einem offerierten Bier, konnten wir dann jedoch trotzdem noch unser reserviertes Zimmer beziehen. Dies nachdem der Techniker den Schaden behoben hat. Klar ist dies kein grosses Problem, jedoch darf es nicht sein, Gästen ein schlechteres Zimmer zu offerieren, wie das dass man gebucht und bezahlt hat. Alles in allem jedoch ein schönes Hotel. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können dieses weiterempfehlen. Zu erwähnen ist auch noch die ausgezeichnete Küche beim Frühstück und Abendessen.

  Sehr gutes Hotel, schöner Poolbereich. Sehr gutes umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet eben so umfangreiches Abendessen. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Room/Service. Hilfsbereites Personal. Nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Meer.

  Ort zum Relaxen

  Nach einer Rundreise durch Sri Lanka haben wir uns ein paar Tage hier erholt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer und Anlagen waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier am richtigen Ort.

  Tolles Hotel zum enspannen

  Ich habe hier ein ganz tolles Hotel gefunden wo alles gestimmt hat. Gute Zimmer, Gute Bedienung, Gutes Essen. Man kann sehr gut am Strand spazieren gehen. Man kann ganz schell mit einer Fährüberfahrt in die Stadt.Kleines Manko, wenn es regnet sinddie Aufenhaltsbereiche zu klein und als Nichtraucher bekommt mann dann den ganzen Rauch der Gäste ab.

  The resort is at a great location and the overall experience has been excellent. The staff is friendly and courteous. The ferry ride to and from the hotel is thrilling. Our 2 days' stay was memorable with Centara.

  Amazing Property & Staff

  An Amazing Property - The transfer done by a boat, while a fabulous view across & water sports happening right there. The back of the property opening to the beach. A faboulous sunset view, the soft sand and the waves makes the experience memorable. Courteous Staff - From the front desk to the staff @ restaurant, room - service, house keeping. They were all very co-operative and helpful. Special mention about Amalka @ front desk who catered to our needs very well with a smile. Thank You once again

  Visit to Centara Ceysands Resort

  This is an absolutely lovely destination to kick back and relax. Everything from the lake leading up to the hotel, to the beach and pool facilities provided by the resort, is exactly as expected. The temperature-controlled pool is perfect for kids, with a depth of around 4ft. The beach is also clean and easily accessible. Although there are many planned activities, I do believe the staff could do a better job of encouraging guests to partake. While the food quality is good, it may be beneficial to cater to different nationalities based on the guests' preferences. All in all, the hotel is fantastic and definitely worth a stay.

  Amazing Hospitality

  I loved my 2 night stay at the Centara in Bentota. Beautiful property and perfect location. Warm and courteous staff, made my stay a truly memorable one by accommodating my preferences and requests, especially the F&B manager and chefs. P.S. I really enjoyed the water activities.

  Department Trip to Centara

  We had a super time at Centara Ceysands. The entire experience was superb starting from the point of booking the rooms to check out . Being an allergy prone person I had to inform them prior and they ensured that all my meals were sorted out and information had been given to all the restaurants.. The team had an awesome time specially with the activities which were available (Boat Rides, Jet Ski, Pool, Beach , Garden Area for team activities.) Sanjeewa ensured all our requirements were met and constantly kept checking with us if everything was under control. Would definitely recommend this place for a team / family outing.

  2023.07.08 morning(at 7.00am) i called to book a double room for 23.07.08 night. but the person who answered my call told me that the all the rooms are booked. after that i searched for online booking.then i saw some rooms are vacant. after that again i called around 8.00am to the hotel. then they told me there are 2 rooms available. i booked one room. this is the bad experience i felt from them. But their cleanliness, customer service after i arrived the hotel, foods,rooms were perfect. Thank you for the friendly support you gave for us.

  Great location, safe, quality food!

  Excellent property and very convenient to stay. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic surrounding. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean with everything what we need for a coffee, tea or hot bath.
