Needs sympathetic updating
Lovely colonial hotel, but in need of updating without spoiling this feel. Pools are tired and rooms need upgrading to include USB points and sockets that are usable. Staff are all very attentive. Golf trip with friends
Stayed many times over the years at the centara & experience is always super positive. The staff are wonderful, service first rate, facilities are excellent. I understand a major refurbishment is planned which is appropriate - rooms are now looking a little weathered. Club facilities are really excellent. The only negatives would be poor in-room tv/ movie & internet facilities.
