  Wonderful stay in Hua Hin

  Returned to this hotel for the first time in 10 years - last visited when it was a Sofitel. It is definitely the best place to stay in Hua Hin - very central but with great beach access, it has beautiful spacious grounds so even at peak season does not feel crowded. The rooms are very comfortable, with good storage and space - we were in two different types during our stay and while the more expensive one had a few extras (coffee machine, separate bath and shower) they were both lovely, with great views of the ocean from the spacious verandah, nice beds and good aircon. Breakfast buffet was excellent - very wide range of fresh food. Service throughout was very good - from housekeeping to restaurant to the pool team (who had sunbed management beautifully under control with everyone getting what they wanted! It is very spacious!). Decent gym with mixture of machines and weights that satisfies holiday fitness maintenance. All meant a wonderfully relaxing holiday and will definitely be returning.

  Very nice stay at Centara Grand

  The hotel style with many open areas like lobby and restaurant was very pleasant. Very nice architecture. Very nice gardening, everything perfect. Very friendly and helpfel employees alway reacting immediatela to any request.

  Great historic ambience. Beautiful gardens and pool areas. Good location directly at Hua Hin beach and directly in the centre of Hua Hin. Staff very friendly and efficient. Room could need a renovation/upgrade, but saying this everything worked and was very clean.

  We stayed here after having a short stay in Bangkok and it was a lovely hotel right where you want to be in walking distance from everything and the food was fabulous.

  Golf trip with friends

  Stayed many times over the years at the centara & experience is always super positive. The staff are wonderful, service first rate, facilities are excellent. I understand a major refurbishment is planned which is appropriate - rooms are now looking a little weathered. Club facilities are really excellent. The only negatives would be poor in-room tv/ movie & internet facilities. Also paying the same rate for one or two guests is high - I paid the same rate irrespective of whether my wife was with me - I was alone on this trip.

  Fabulous Hua Hin

  Stayed in a pool villa at Centara & not disappointed. Villa was excellent & was kept spotlessly clean. Facilities good & grounds exceptional. A great stay.
