Depending on the event, most will start planning at least 6-12 months in advance. For large-scale events that involved hundreds or thousands of individuals that span over multiple days, those can take 12+ months to plan. All indoor meetings rooms in the Meeting Village are fully geared with audio-visual equipment, LCD projectors and screens, wireless Internet access, personalized stationary; a choice of outdoor venues for picturesque inspiring events are also available. We also provide a huge capacity for car parking total of 510 cars.

Meeting Village spans over 2,900 square metres, offering a choice of versatile convention and meeting rooms to make it particularly attractive to MICE planners, organizers of corporate meetings, teambuilding, weddings and for those individual business travelers. The meeting venues including several break out rooms that whole between 50 and 120 persons two interconnected Utopia Suites, and the Mirage Grand Ballroom with a maximum capacity of 1,200 persons seated theatre-style and which can be divided up into three self – contained sections. We offer an outdoor space for your meeting, whether large or small. Pre Garden which is next to the Mirage Grand Ballroom offers 532 square metres to accommodate up to 400 attendees for a cocktail event. Beach Lawn in front of the beach with 382 square metres can accommodate 350 sit down dinner. Roof Top at 19th floor is 360 panorama view seaside can accommodate maximum 100 attendees for cocktail. The beach in front of the hotel can accommodate maximum 800 guests for cocktail.
