Chef Paitoon is a Thai national with almost 30 years of cross-functional experience in culinary, hotel pre-opening, business development, and implementation. He has worked for leading hotels such as Hotel Astoria Lucerne Switzerland, Anantara Resort and Spa Dhigufinolhu Island Maldives and Hilton Hua Hin Resort and Spa Thailand.

Before joining us, Chef Paitoon was responsible for the kitchen and F&B operations at The B Premiere Hotel, Centara Boutique Collection Doha, Qatar.
