Amazing COSI Hotel in Samui
Overall experience is good even though it was a short stay. Staffs were friendly with smiling face and able to answers the questions even though they were busy. Keep up all good jobs.

Super cosy
Super cozy it was. Cool hang out area and I loved it that we had daily food/drink vouchers. It was close to almost everything and the staff was super friendly and welcoming

Nice Cosi stay
Clean freandly well organized.have all you need for a nice stay. The cleanance is very Good. The staff very simpatic and if you ask somethings Theo help you kindly. For this price i think is not possible ask more.

Good holidays
Second time staying in Cosi Samui. Good location next to the shopping mall and a short walk to the beautiful Chaweng beach. Most of time have meals,coffee and supermarket groceries shopping at Central Samui Shopping Mall. Short walk to the beach and got our morning massages there. The staff of Cosi Samui is very friendly. Will stay there again!

Overall excellent
The shower was the best one I used during my whole month in Asia, also the price for the room is exceptionally good as the location is literally perfect, it is tucked away from the noise but literally a minute walk to the biggest shopping centre in Koh samui

Excellent stay
Whilst the rooms were below average in size the most important things where way above average. The bed and shower were the best we have experienced in Thailand and the room was very clean.. The room had more power outlets/usb ports (and better positioned than other places we have stayed) and the front desk was 5 star with one of the crew shorting out a problem for us without us even reporting it!!!! . Location is great - near the shopping mall / international supermarket, coffee shops restaurants and the night market plus close to a wonderful beach.

Comfortable to travel
Easy to other place when stay at the COSI. More community and several comfortable such shopping, dinner, dance, walking on the beach. This place is a center for change to other place such the Jungle club, the top view point etc.

Hotel in the center Chaweng
The hotel is in a good location in the center, but otherwise in a quiet location. Modern equipment, smaller rooms and very little storage space when occupied by two people. It is clean and the service is of high quality, including the staff. Very good wifi. The noise of intolerant guests can sometimes be heard from the corridors, and the doors of the rooms slam loudly. The common areas are suitable for sitting and handling the necessary matters. The hotel arranges transportation and rental of scooters. Possibility of light refreshments. The pool is pleasant, only less space for further relaxation. We stayed for 9 nights and the hotel was fully satisfactory even for this longer stay.

Nice place good location and cool staff
Every staff are so nice care and friendly they're always support and helpful the location is so good easy going and shopping near the beach and clean but the room is not soundproof so you can heard the outside or the next room sometime

Clean, Comfortable and Strategic Location
Room is clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and helpful. Hotel in strategic location and price is reasonable. However, suggest prepare hair dryer in the room and increase lighting in the room for those old folks. Should improve the cafe service which prepare more variety of foods.

Good Location & Value
Cosi located very near Central Koh Samui just walk only few minute. Staff very friendly and helpful. I book last minute but got a special price. Very cheap. They have moto bike for rental if you are Thai people, it's convenience. Love and promise to back again.

The best part of Chaweng
As a long term traveler I didn't love Chaweng as it was too touristy but we stayed a week and COSI was the best thing about it. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Earth! Two minor things 1) when you turn on the TV it is a commercial about making a difference in the world and not using plastic bags but then they give you plastic water bottles. I wish they just had a water cooler that you could refill yourself. 2) The side lamps have a blue light switch and the USB has a green glow, which is unnoticeable during the day but bright at night like night lights - very annoying. But otherwise great value hotel - just bring stickers to put over those light switches.

Awesome hotel next to the mall!
Everything is very convenience. Good location with a lot of restaurants near by. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. There is no fitness center. There are three building which you need to walk longer if you stay in building 2-3.

Love My Stay at COSI
There are just too many plus points in staying in COSI. This is not my first visit to COSI and the receptionist never failed in displaying their lovely smiles. The rooms I stayed are not big but they are properly cleaned. The location is the best among all, just right beside the Mall. Shopping, entertainment and food are just round the corner.

Cozy and comfortable
A cozy and comfortable hotel in the center of Chaweng, directly adjacent to the "Festival" shopping center with numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants. Burger King and McDonald's (open 24 hours) are just a one-minute walk away. Within walking distance, there are streets with bars, nightclubs, and massage parlors. The airport is only a 10-minute bike ride away. This is a good option for staying during a short trip of 1-3 days for shopping and entertainment purposes.

Great Hotel
I had a great stay here & have no complaints at all. The location is very central & very busy. The staff are friendly & the room was great. I also stayed at COSI in Ao Nang Beach which was also excellent & is why I booked into here.
