  下次到普吉岛肯定还是要订这家酒店的 ，真的很满意，订的家庭套房，客餐厅超级大，两个洗手间，其中一个还带浴缸，房间虽然在5楼，但是有4个阳台，其中2个阳台能直接看到海，还能看到楼下的泳池，泳池的水也很干净，最最最满意的一点就是虽然酒店在马路边，和卡伦海滩仅隔一条马路，但是很安静，人很少，出酒店就有2个7-11，买东西很方便，卡伦海滩很美，还看到了日落。卡伦海滩人很少，很干净，基本看到的都是外国人，酒店住的大多数也是外国人，卡伦海滩真的是人少，景美，浪大，沙细，完美。房间干净，第一天还送了早餐和水果，冰箱里有牛奶、橙汁、矿泉水，还有茶和咖啡。餐具也配备，第一天自己做了一顿早餐。房间每天打扫很及时。每天还提供免费的浴巾方便游泳或者下海。酒店隔壁还有一条酒吧街，晚上确实有点吵，但其实房间隔音还行，特别是对我这种睡觉必须要用耳塞的人来说，关上落地窗，戴上耳塞，其实也没什么影响，如果睡眠特别轻的人，就和酒店前台说要求换到不靠酒吧街的房间。前台会说英文，可以英文交流，实在不行也可以用翻译器。酒店的位置其实挺好的，出门就是公交站牌，去芭东或者机场都很方便，没去普吉之前看攻略的时候非常担心交通问题，后来出门基本都是公交出行，订的当地一日游包车接送的时候，因为地理位置很好，也很方便，基本都属于第一或者第二组送到酒店的。另外，普吉的网红SPA店let`s relax就在酒店门口，简直就是出去玩了一天之后的福音啊。

  很棒的地方

  离海滩只有几步之遥。房间很大，我们住在14楼，可以看到海景。他家游泳池非常干净。我们获得了前往邻近的中央格兰德酒店(步行10分钟)3个游泳池和2家餐厅的通行证，但那些游泳池太拥挤了，所以我们呆在酒店的游泳池，几乎没有人使用它。旅馆没有餐厅，所以你得出去吃饭。我们收到了欢迎入住的包裹，里面有水果、面包/鸡蛋/牛奶。后来我们从7/11买了鸡蛋和面包，因为房间里有厨房，所以我们自己做了早餐。

  Nice experience

  这次旅行带了一位80岁的老人，坐飞机坐一整天到这个地方真的非常值得，半夜到的，但是第二天早上醒来被景色惊艳到了，住的是8楼双卧室海景房，非常美，客厅和一个卧室能看见海，一个卧室能看见山，面积非常大，一家人最好的选择，休息的时候可以一起坐在餐桌喝茶聊天，空调制冷效果很好，但是噪音有一点大，电视有中文频道凤凰卫视，厨房有烧水壶，有一点旧，我们就用锅烧水了，总体还是很不错的，主要是位置好，酒店绿化非常美，每天都有人清扫浇水，出了酒店区域，隔一条马路就是海，多数是俄罗斯人，中国人较少，卡伦海滩浪有一点大，但是水很干净，周围很多小饭店便利店，晚上酒店周边有酒吧营业到很晚，靠山的卧室晚上有一点吵，一点以后就好了。洗澡水是最大的问题，要么过热要么过冷，调水温洗澡花费很多时间，有待改进，不过功可抵过，老人家玩的非常开心，酒店前台服务也很好

  宽敞的公寓。对家庭来说物有所值

  如果你是团体或家庭旅游，你可以节省酒店房间的费用，因为你只需要支付1个酒店房间相同的价格，但得到2个房间。这是一套由公寓改造成酒店套房的公寓。它的位置靠近海滩和商店，所以位置很好。设施有点旧，所以你无法将这里与四星级酒店相比。公寓里没有餐厅，但你可以在附近的姐妹酒店以折扣价享用酒店自助早餐。总之，如果你想节省两间房的费用，我会推荐这个地方。哦，我必须提一下，这个地方天黑后会因为附近酒吧里的乐队而变得很吵。

  住在海边的好地方

  地理位置优越，员工友好。安全级别很高。非常舒适的床。我们得到水果和其他一些食物作为欢迎。酒店提供免费台球、乒乓球、飞镖和壁球。不过还有一些事情需要解决:房间里的WiFi信号还可以更好。在窗后的镇上，聚会相当吵闹，但他们没有打扰我们。

  地理位置优越，靠近海滩。吃饭的地方有很多。我们大多数时间都在Hakens吃饭，去那儿步行只要2分钟。如果你喜欢的话，可以在你的套房里做饭，这是个家庭度假的好地方。

  Отличный семейный отдых

  Отличный отель с хорошим расположением (рядом прекрасный пляж и вся необходимая для отдыха инфраструктура). Номера большие, светлые, удобные. Кухня и столовая оборудованы всем необходимым. Есть несколько балконов с видом на море и горы (номера А и D). Единственное - номера А выходят на улицу с кафешками, веселая музыка до 1ч-30 ночи, больше подходит для молодежи. В номерах D тишина. И подушки не всем подходят, мне бы хотелось иметь потоньше.

  Отдых с семьей на Кароне

  Наша семья размещалась в 2 номерах. Номере с 2-мя спальнями с видом на море и номере с 1-ой спальней. В номере свидом на море было тихо, а во втором до поздна слышна музыка с улицы, что сильно мешает заснуть. Номера ежедневно убирали и меняли полотенца и постельное белье. Приносили воду,чай, кофе и сахар к ним. Номера оборудованы плитами для готовки еды, что очень удобно при поездке с детьми, которые не очень любят есть в кафе. Скорость Wi-Fi хорошая. Детям нравилось проводить время в бассейне. Расположение очень удобное. Пляж через дорогу, рядом магазины, кафе, аптеки и все что нужно для комфортного пребывания

  Хороший отдых

  Хорошее расположение отеля, мало людей! Номера нужно обновить, мебель староватая! Кондиционеры очень шумные, в остальном все отлично! Как пожелание неплохо было бы добавить русские каналы на телевизоре, т.к. большое количество проживающих русские. Посещаем отель уже третий раз, приедем еще!

  Waterfront cool hotel.

  Мы отдыхали в августе 2023г. в 3х комнатном номере. Номер большой 167м² Четыре балкона. Окна в пол. Номер светлый, уютный. Кровати и подушки удобные. Номер убирали каждый день. Постель меняли раз в три дня. Единственное были шумные кондиционеры и кухня не радовала глаз. Кухонная ехника была вся новая и чистая. Понравилось расположение, до моря 3 минуты пешком, но через дорогу. Завтрак не брали. Кушали в соседнем ресторане.

  Family Holiday Karon

  Excellent location, our room did face the busy Karon streets so we noise at night was loud. Staff were friendly, and very friendly - Could walk everywhere including Temple Markets, Restaurants, Beach etc. Facilities are a bit tired, but rooms are very spacious (enormous), and we chose this place for location over anything else. Really good value for money, and it allowed us to offer our children the real Thai experience (we have a 12, 10 and 8yo).

  Great place in Karon

  Very big and spaces apartment with a nice view. Nere to the beach and shopping. The are is very safe and staff is very nice and helpful. The aircondition could be little better. The beach is the best that we experienced Thailand. Very clear water.

  Holiday

  We have stayed at your hotel many times. Sometimes we have had friends with us who also lived in your hotel. I usually contact your hotel when our next trip is reserved, to make sure tha we get the sea view we so much want...but we never had get an answer from you. This year we ended up on the third floor, but had the possibility to move the next day to floor 10. If we next time are going to stay at your hotel we want you to respond to the shipment we send before we arrive, to make sure we get the sea view. Regards Kerstin and Johnny Vestman

  great location and great rooms

  The service is good and the rooms are big. We have now stayed at this hotel for the past 4 years and each time we have enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great location close to town and beach.. We will return in 2021.

  first slept in 11A. Than changed the room to 5D. In 11A the nearby bar kept noise, and that is fine - there propably nothing you can do about it. But in the windy weather there was a "banging noise" coming from loose sheet metal maybe?? That is something you could check. And bed was worse in 11A. After those everything went well and worked fine. Great holiday, thank You.

  Excellent location, clean, large rooms

  Very nice location in Karon beach around tons of shops and restaurants right across from the beach. Thailand is a safe country and we felt even more safe with the guards at the gated entrance. Loved the ability to use the towels for the day on the beach!

  Good quality apartment

  Short walk to the Karon Beach. You can get groceries from local convenience shops and for bigger items such as fresh chicken - go to Tesco (15 minute walk). Kitchen has 2 hot plates, fridge, microwave, kettle and a toaster. No washing machine. You can do light cooking for the family and save a lot of money by not going to restaurants for every meal. Sit-down restaurants are not cheap in the area - the prices are comparable to average restaurant prices in Singapore. Karon Beach area is more family friendly. Patong has big shopping malls, sleezy bars and quite aggressive pimps/prostitutes on pedestrian side-walks. In terms of beaches, both are comparable. There are more fishes to see in the water near the Patong beach. Karon has less fishes to see near the beach.

  Great Hotel

  10 days in paradise. Great hotel at a fantastic price. I could not have been happier. Room was huge with a great view. Staff were always helpful. Pool is large and inviting. Close to all restaurants and bars, and Tuk Tuks available right out front on the street.
