The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The concierge was helpful with my bags on arrival. The front desk went beyond to accommodate my request for a late check-out at 3 p.m. due to a late flight departure. There is a good spread of breakfast options. This is a beautiful relaxing place to stay. We could find no faults. The staff was warm and friendly and looked out for our needs. They bent over backwards to help us when we needed help.The room and hallways were large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was wonderful too! I enjoyed staying at Centera hotel as the staff was welcoming and very helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. There was very good food wit a lot of variety. There was a gym, swimming pool, spa and massage room those made you pass a good time and relax.
