Great family hotel, with a few improvements would be 5/5
This was a great family hotel stay from my family of 4, with 2 young girls. We like all the water slides and activities and playing around on the beach, plus the kids club and Mirage Family lounge (with happy hour!) A few points to be worked on: - the overhead planes, although great to watch them taking off during the day, were very noisy at night and I feel the window glazing was not as good quality as other hotels situated on flight paths. - curtains in the room did not close well to offer blackout and a better sleeping experience. - the main dining restaurant Suan Bua, lacked dinner choice, especially with no live meat cooking option. Centara Beach Resort. Full recommendation
Arrival 20.10.2024 7 am. Room was not ready. But the hotel staff immediateley arranged a roam so that breakfast and lunch was also possible. Even though they did not have to do this they did. Amazing. On 23.10.2024 in the night lost a personal access card. Obviously during cleaning the roam before by the staff. Security guard Mr. Mustafa immediately reported this in their group on 24.10.2024 1 o´clock am. And the card was found. That was awesome. I am really grateful.
