Polite staff members, always ready to assist. The kids were very happy with the pools, so great fun and very relaxing.

We like it
The breakfasts were excellent. We were pleasantly amazed by the variety and quality of the dishes. The room was generally good, very spacious and comfortable. But it clearly needs renovation and some repairs. The territory of the hotel is well maintained. The location is generally good, not so close to the sea, but it didn't cause any difficulties for us. There is a market and a street food area nearby, where we loved to have dinner.

Nice holiday whith family ...cantara resort very nice
Nice hotel whith family .....super place and good peaple staff ...see you soon agein ....just for secret security on trips to monkey hill ...one monkey bait my daughter on the back ...we visit hospital and vaccinations....all people on cantara resort hellp us ..thaks

Loved our stay at centara kata resort
Very enjoyable stay, rooms were nice and clean and cleaned every day during our stay. The resort restaurants were clean beautiful food, daily buffet breakfast was enjoyable especially the fresh cooked omelette’s. Pools were lovely to swim in and pool area always kept clean and tidy! Very nice resort very family friendly lots of activities for the kids!

Family holiday
This was a family holiday with 16 of us and we all enjoyed everything about it The service and friendly staff truly made our holiday memorable Coach and hom at the swim up bar could not have done more for us and we had lots of fun with them The head chef whose name l have forgotten was very friendly and had lots of fun with the children she was always smiling and we will never forget these people and have lots of photos with them All the staff could not do enough for you

Definitely coming back!
We have now been to the Centara Kata Resort for the third time. It felt like we were home. Every member of staff was so friendly and we saw many familiar faces. A special thank you to Ms Nan at the Front office, Chef Ngek, and Mark and the Team at the Seasons restaurant.

Excellent stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
We really enjoyed our stay at Centara Kata. Excellent location, good facilities, rooms were clean and spacious, comfortable beds, food and drinks onsite were all delicious, staff were all really friendly and accomodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Wonderful
The staff were so lovely, having a ground floor room just steps from the pool was amazing. It’s not the most luxurious place ever but if you enjoy a more humble atmosphere it’s great.

Wonderful Hotel
Wonderful hotel, third time we visit Centar and always been had kindly meetings from the stuff and very good breakfast and dinner from very good stuff in restaurant and even in reception

Great holiday
The hotel it situated perfectly for a Holliday, the pulsing city around the corner and with the beach only 20 minuts walk away. (There are busses to go to the beach) The breakfast is very nice and the hotel is nicely clean eventhough its old.

Just returned from a 2 week break over christmas and the new year at the Centara albeit we had a 3 day gap in the middle. This is a lovely hotel and the staff were very welcoming. We had a 2 bedroomed room which was excellent , spacious and provided with everything that was needed. One of our party was taken ill on the trip (not in any way related to the hotel i might add) which required a 3 night stay in hospital. The staff went over and above to help the family including sending a basket of fruit to the hospital. I found all the staff amazing and a credit to the Centara brand. I will just add the the gentleman that hands out pool towels maybe just needs to calm down a little bit. It became a little standing joke about what grief we would have that day trying to sign towels out. A pointless exercise when there is a non existant process for signing back in!!!! the sunbeds all being taken at 7 in the morning was annoying buy hey - not a deal breaker at all. Clearing food plates etc from poolside could of been a bit better organised as well as some of them were left all day. That said these are minor niggles - i would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel

Excellent stay
