Extra Person Policy

• Adults and children aged 12 years and above: VND 1,200,000 net per person per night, including an extra bed and a set lunch or dinner.
• Children aged 6–11 years:
      o    VND 350,000 net per child per night when sharing existing bedding with parents, including breakfast and a set lunch or dinner; or
      o    VND 1,200,000 net per child per night, including an extra bed, breakfast, and a set lunch or dinner.
• Children under 6 years of age: A children's menu is available and can be ordered at an additional charge, payable directly to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 3 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• No-shows: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
