  Couple stay

  The location of the hotel is accessible and is walkable distance to platinum fashion mall. The stay is pleasant and front desk is friendly. There are multiple lifts hence waiting time wasn't long. There is also waiting area while waiting for grab.

  Great property

  We stayed at this place a total of about 6 days but scattered throughout our trip because we would go out of town, and come back. We loved our stay here. The location is great. It's near the mall and the sky train. Also, the hotel is located a couple of floors from where stalls is shouts are already located and which you could do some shopping too. The hotel also offered us free baggage storage while we went out of town which we really appreciate because it made it very convenient to just take the belongings we needed and then be right back at the hotel. We really appreciate that!! They even offered us free upgrade to our room when we came back! The rooms are clean and the waterfall shower is very nice! Especially when you first get in from a long airplane ride! Again, it's a great place and would definitely recommend it too anyone. The only thing I can think of that they could probably improve on is the lights in the room. I think it would make it even better if the lights were a bit brighter in the hotel room that we stayed at.

  Vey Good Experience Staying in Centara Watergate Pavillion Hotel Bangkok

  Very good service, staff is polite and friendly. They gave the surprise birthday cake to us which is warm to our heart. Wi-Fi is very strong and the room is very clean. Feel comfortable with the enviroment.

  Superb!

  I stayed at Centara Grand previously and my experience was wonderful so I went with their other chain, Centara Watergate this time round. Service was great, staff were courteous and helpful. 👍🏻 We stayed at the suite and room was clean and spacious, highly recommended! I requested for decorations in my room as it was my partner’s birthday on arrival and they wowed me with complimentary cakes and wine! The entrance to the hotel is located far in and might be difficult for drivers to find it as it can’t be seen from the main road. However, it is very near to Platinum Mall and the R SkyWalk so location is great as well! Definitely give this hotel a try :)

  Cozy Stay in Bangkok

  the room cleaning service is superb. the hotel room is very cozy, hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. definitely recommended for new comer to stay in bangkok. the hotel location is also very convenient as it is very near to various tourist area.

  Superb stay

  Great location, 5 minute walk from Platinum Mall and Central World. Super friendly and attentive staff. Welcome drinks served on arrival, check-in process was seamless. Rooms are spacious with fresh bed linen and towels replaced daily.

  Bangkok the city that never sleeps 🇹🇭

  This is our 3rd time staying at the Centara and would really like to take the time to thank all the staff from the time we stepped in on the ground floor. Everybody was so efficient and friendly which made our stay such a pleasure. Cafe 9 breakfast has a huge variety for everyone

  Great Location

  This is a business hotel type Centara Property with optimized room sizes. But we were in Bangkok for Shopping and were going there only to sleep so room size didn't matter. Location is the BEST. Buffet Spread is very good but again business hotel kind - no special requests can be catered. On the other hand, they have tried to include most things. We were there in weekend and there were large groups staying there.

  A Perfect and Amazing Hotel

  My first night my room was extremely cold I completed a survey and mentioned it. The same day my room temp was adjusted and an extra blanket was placed in my room. Everyone was super friendly the food was amazing. I had a massage at the Spa great service at a great price.

  Good stay / experience

  Have a good stay here, the location is near to many places in walkable distance & public transport (bus) is easy to get to from the hotel There was also a small night market with walking distance & it’s near central world which was linked to siam centre, siam paragon, discovery from there with a pedestrian bridge

  Worth your the value staying even though needs a little walk to and from ARL. But the place is still convenient to walk around pratumum. Platinum mall is also within walking distance. Downside is just needs a little walking around to find food

  Affordable, Clean and Great stay

  We had a great and comfortable stay. It's proximity to the surrounding malls and the airport link rail makes it really convenient. Nice, friendly and helpful staff as well. We arrived very late in the middle of the night but the receptionist and concierge were all ready and expecting our arrival and everything was prepared so we had a very quick and smooth transaction. We were resting in our room in no time at all.

  Great location

  The hotel was what I would expect in Thailand, very clean, tidy and the staff were brilliant, very helpful. Nearby is a great Night Market with wonderful food, also on the other side of the road, just over the foot bridge is an indoor market. In the basement of the hotel are some wonderful outlets, selling almost anything you can think of, including a money exchange shop, which we found gave us a good rate.

  Great location for shopping and street food

  Great Thai hospitality and air-condition was very welcome on a hot day during check in to room. They even provided a cold drink to quench our thirst on that day. Location is near to Pratunam Mall and plenty of local food to choose from.

  Centara Watergate Pavillon Hotel Experience

  Looks can be deceiving but this Hotel, once you enter the Elevators upto the main lobby at the 9th floor is surpirisngly very very clean. Though beside an old shopping center I was impressed by how well maintained the corridors, elevators, and rooms etc. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

  Solo trip

  Overall is good. Slight walk to mall. A bit weird as lobby was on 9th flr. Need to walk through a quiet mall to see the lift. Front desk n staff is V helpful n friendly. Thumbs up! Book from app name Hopper, shows bathtub in pic n went check in, its not there. Check with hotel, claim only suite room available. Make a feedback to hotel.
