Early Arrivals & Late Departures
Guests may request early check-in or late check-out when making the reservation, subject to availability. An additional fee may be charged for check-in or check-out outside of these times unless requested in advance.

- Children under 12 years old can stay for free when sharing their parents’ room and bedding (up to a maximum of two children, depending on room type).

Payment, Cancellation, and Non-Arrival Policies
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card for the duration of the stay.
- If the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival, a charge equivalent to one night's stay will apply.
- A one-night charge will also apply in cases of non-arrival, shortened stays, or early departure.
