  First Trip to Bangkok

  Awesome trip. Overall Thai people were friendly and courteous. Plan to visit again. I'm so glad we choose Centara Grand at CentralWorld. NO complains about the hotel and the staff. Location is best.

  Deluxe king room

  Overall this hotel is good. But I stay here for business matter and with my family The room does not have table for working. The swimming is not friendly for kids. The breakfast is delicious but not much variety for muslim. Overall I still love this hotel so much.

  excellent hotel and location... NO vegetarian / Vegan counters for BF... however there are many Pure vegetarian restaurants near by and we can order through various online Apps. One of the best Hotels at BKK...

  Best Choice Ever - Great location, Clean & Comfortable Stay

  Spacious family room with clean and comfortable rooms and beds (two king sizes) Excellent service - front desk to room attendants to concierge. They saw me coming and initiated with a welcoming vibe (rather than avoiding me). This vibe and initiative are consistently seen in all hotel staffs. What a great customer focused culture they built! Excellent location above central world, which you can try local (Nara Thai, Som Boon, Kub Kao) to international franchise (Cheesecake Factory from America, BHC Korean Chicken, etc).

  Lovely hotel

  Have stayed here previously- has been wonderfully 'refresehd' during COVID to a more modern look and colours. Food in main breakfast area was lovely- huge selection to choose from. I have used their Club Lounge and breakfast area on previous stays and the food quality is similar- but I like the smaller more 'intimate' setting of the Lounge area better. Facility use otherwise limited during this stay- one evening the pool was off limits as it was closed for a private function. Its an expensive hotel- but also very nice.

  CENTARA GRAND is absolutely awesome....services; cleanliness & location. CENTARA breakfast spread is really good and it just make me look forward to the next morning 🤭. CENTARA is in the best location where you just get anywhere within walking distance.

  Room, breakfast, facilities are all good. I am moslem so very nice to have halal stall, only if theres more variation of halal foods that will be so good.

  One of our favorite hotel in Bangkok

  This hotel is outstanding with good location and beautiful and impressive outlook. The main entrance lobby is good and so as the check in lobby. Once you set foot inside the hotel you'll be impressed with its grand and tranquil atmosphere.
