Vor seinem Wechsel zum Centara Grand Krabi hat er seine Karriere als Küchenchef mit Erfahrung, Leidenschaft und dem Drang, neue geschmackvolle Menüs zu entwickeln und zu entdecken, vorangetrieben. Sein Signature-Menü ist die Hagi Otawa Maki-Rolle, eine Maki-Rolle gefüllt mit Wagyu-Rindfleisch, süßer Gurke und knackigem Lauch, köstlich gebratenem Foie-Gras und schwarzer Avocado-Würzsauce.
