Küchenchef Christian Ham ist französischer Staatsbürger und verfügt über mehr als 23 Jahre Erfahrung in führenden Restaurants wie dem D'Sens in Bangkok, dem L'Atelier Joel Robuchon in Hongkong, dem Taillevent in Paris und dem Le Crocodile in Straßburg.
Bevor er zum Centara Grand at CentralWorld kam, war er bei Cordon Bleu in Bangkok, Thailand und Shanghai, China, als Ausbildner für Köche tätig.
