Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received before 6:00 pm prior to the expected day of arrival.

The resort is accessible by a complimentary speedboat service from Nopparatthara Pier to ensure the most convenient and safest transfer for guests. To avoid any delay upon departure from the resort or arrival at Nopparat Thara Pier, it is important to book the complimentary shuttle boat seats with us. Guests arriving by their own car need to park their car at the Centara Office located in Soi 13, Ao Nang, from there they will be transferred by the hotel minivan to Nopparatthara Pier to board the speedboat for transfer to the resort. See the map location.

At the pier, you will be met by a member of our boat crew and you may join our transfer boat for a 10-15-minute trip to our property. The ride offers lovely views of the coastline.

Note that if you are arriving to Krabi Airport or Nopparat Thara Pier between 22:00hrs to 09:30hrs you may need to arrange your own transportation to reach resort as during this time resort is not operating complimentary shuttle boat transfers.

Guests making their own transfer arrangement to the pier must ensure they have supplied their arrival time in advance to the resort by emailing [email protected] to ensure seats have been reserved on the appropriate scheduled boat service.

Alternatively the property is also accessible by walking up through the national park via a staircase and trail.

4. Transfers are subjected to tides, weather and sea conditions; we reserve the right to change or cancel without prior notice.

6. Shuttle speedboat services are as indicated in the timetable above. Alternative arrangements will incur an additional charge at time of booking.

Departure time from Noppharat Thara Pier to the Resort: 09:30, 11:30, 12:30, 13:45, 15:30, 17:45, 22:00

Departure time from the Resort to Noppharat Thara Pier: 08:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:15, 16:00, 18:15, 21:00

The resort can arrange a transfer with a private boat for individuals, couples, families or groups. Charges are as follows:

1. A local longtail taxi boat between the resort and Noppharat Thara Pier is THB 1,500.- net/way/boat. (maximum 6 persons) Please note there are no transfer arrangements available between darkness hours 22:30 till 07.30.
2. A private speedboat between the resort and Noppharat Thara Pier is THB 4,500.-net /way/boat. (maximum 20 persons)
