Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received before 6:00 pm prior to the expected day of arrival.

The resort is accessible by a scheduled speedboat service from Nopparatthara Pier a short Tuk-tuk ride from Ao Nang or by walking up through the national park via a staircase and trail.

1. Shuttle speedboat service is operated on a first come, first served basis.
2. Advance booking is necessary
3. Please be ready at the jetty/pier at least 15 minutes before the boat departure time.
4. Transfers are subjected to tides, weather and sea conditions; we reserve the right to change or cancel without prior notice.
5. We retain the right to change the route where weather conditions and/or the obstruction of waterways render this necessary.
6. Shuttle speedboat services are as indicated in the timetable above. Alternative arrangements will incur an additional charge at time of booking.

Departure time from Noppharat Thara Pier to the Resort: 09:30, 11:30, 12:30, 13:45, 15:30, 17:45, 22:00

Departure time from the Resort to Noppharat Thara Pier: 08:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:15, 16:00, 18:15, 21:00

The resort can arrange a transfer with a private boat for individuals, couples, families or groups. Charges are as follows:

1. A local longtail taxi boat between the resort and Noppharat Thara Pier is THB 1,500.- net/way/boat. (maximum 6 persons) Please note there are no transfer arrangements available between darkness hours 22:30 till 07.30.
2. A private speedboat between the resort and Noppharat Thara Pier is THB 4,500.-net /way/boat. (maximum 20 persons)
