Chef Paitoon is a Thai national, has almost 30 years of cross-functional experience in culinary, hotel pre-opening, business development, and implementation. He has worked for various leading hotels such as Hotel Astoria Lucerne Switzerland, Anantara Resort and Spa Dhigufinolhu Island Maldives, Hilton Hua Hin Resort and Spa Thailand.
Before joining us, Chef Paitoon was responsible for the kitchen and F&B operations at The B Premiere Hotel, Centara Boutique Collection Doha, Qatar.
