CENTEL Achieves Continued Recognition for Anti-Corruption Excellence

Centara Hotels & Resorts, Thailand’s leading hotel operator, proudly announces that its parent company, Central Plaza Hotel Public Company Limited (CENTEL), has been honoured with its third consecutive CAC Certification and second consecutive CAC Change Agent Award 2025 at the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) Certification Ceremony 2/2025.
 
Mr. Thaschai Phattanagosai, Assistant Vice President of Corporate Risk, Legal, and Sustainability, accepted the awards on behalf of CENTEL, marking another significant milestone in the company's dedication to strong corporate governance and to combatting corruption throughout the supply chain. CENTEL has long served as a role model for transparent and ethical business practices, actively encouraging its subsidiaries, business partners, and stakeholders to join the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) and strengthen a governance-driven approach to doing business.
 
CENTEL first declared its commitment to the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) on 1st September 2011, achieving its initial certification in 2016. Since then, the company has successfully renewed its CAC Certification three times—in 2019, 2022, and most recently in 2025. In addition to these certifications, CENTEL has maintained its status as a 3-star CAC Change Agent since 2024, reaffirming its leadership in fostering a culture of integrity across its network and supporting the wider business community in upholding robust anti-corruption standards.

These achievements underscore CENTEL’s unwavering commitment to operating with integrity, transparency, and fairness. Guided by the Board of Directors’ Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy, all executives, employees, and relevant parties are required to adhere to the company’s zero-tolerance stance on corruption.
