Centara Hotels and Resorts, receives Centara Complete Care certification from SGS, the global experts in inspection, verification, testing and certification services.

Following the success of thorough field audits, and in recognition of Centara's commitment to ensure the highest level of safety and hygiene, Khun Jirote Na Nakorn, Managing Director of SGS (Thailand) Limited presents the certification shields to Khun Thirayuth Chirathivat, Chief Executive Officer of Centara Hotels & Resorts, at Centara's head office. Recognised as the global benchmark for quality and integrity, SGS is a multinational company founded in 1878 and now headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, with 2,600 offices and laboratories worldwide.

Centara Complete Care was developed in close collaboration with SGS, who guided Centara in preparing standard operating procedures and performs audits on the programme. The detailed safety programme comprises a 12-point action plan which covers social distancing measures, enhanced sanitisation protocols, improved health and hygiene practices, training, and monitoring. Following a stringent process of inspection, verification, and testing, Centara's first group of hotels and resorts to receive certification from SGS includes: Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya; Centara Sonrisa Residences & Suites Sriracha; Centra Centara Maris Resort Jomtien; COSI Pattaya Wong Amat Beach; Centara Q Resort Rayong; Centara Grand at CentralWorld; and Centara West Bay Hotel and Residence Doha.

Centara recently launched the new "Even Stronger Together" promotion, available at all its hotels and resorts across Thailand and overseas, with rates start from THB 720 per night. The offer includes hotel credit up to THB 2,020 per night to spend for spa, food and beverage, plus Central department store gift vouchers of up to THB 1,600 per stay.
