- Participants must be registered members of The 1 application. Non-members may register free of charge by providing their full name, telephone number, and other required information in the registration form.

- The 1 members must reguster for the Centara Ultimate Escape campaign through The 1 application only once. Upon successful registration, members are eligible to participate throughout the entire three-month campaign period.
- Members who purchase eligible products at participating Central Groupretailers nationwide will reciev one lucky draw entry for every accumulated spending of THB 1,000 for a chance to win accommodation vouchers at Centara Hotels & Resorts
- After completing payment, participants must provide their The 1 membership number or registered telephone number at the participating point of sale or cashier to quality for the campaign.
- All eligible lucky draw entries will be recorded and maintained in the Company's database.
- Lucky draw entires will accumulate within each calendar month and will reset at the begining of the following month.

- Winner Announcement Channels: Facebook: CentaraThe1, with the results also published through the communication channels of participating retailers.
- Winners must present a valid national identification card, passport, or other government-issued identification document containing a clear photograph and a name matching the information provided during registration as proof of identity when claiming their prizes.
- Winners must confirm their acceptance of the prize within 30 days from the winner announcement date. Failure to do so within the specified period will be deemed a forfeiture of the prize and the company will award the prize to the next eligible alternate winner.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of the committee shall be final and binding.
- The company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
