As a special event to commemorate the first anniversary of Centara Grand Hotel Osaka, Chef Tetsuya Fujiwara from the Michelin two-starred restaurant Fujiya1935 in Osaka and Hiroyuki Asano, the head chef of the innovative French "Kunsei Kitchen" located on the top floor of the hotel, team up for the first time. This one-day-only collaboration lunch and dinner brings together their unique styles and meticulous craftsmanship. Since the first Michelin Guide for Osaka was published in 2009, Fujiya1935 has continuously earned two stars. Head Chef Tetsuya Fujiwara offers dishes that make the most of seasonal ingredients. Raised in a family of chefs spanning four generations and having honed his culinary sense in the West, Chef Fujiwara continually evolves his craft. His theme, "a table of seasons and memories," recalls childhood experiences and Japan's original landscapes, expressing his unique culinary perspective.
