The Levant

The Levant brings together the rich culinary traditions of Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Palestine in a warm and welcoming setting. Located on the 24th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld, the restaurant celebrates the flavours of the Levant through generous sharing plates, traditional recipes and the region’s renowned spirit of hospitality.

The kitchen is led by Chef Mohannad Abdul Hadi Qasem, Arabic Sous Chef, who brings more than 20 years of international culinary experience to The Levant. Using quality ingredients and time-honoured cooking techniques, the menu stays true to the traditions and flavours of Levantine cuisine. The restaurant is certified to halal standards, offering an authentic taste of the Levant in the heart of Bangkok.

To complement the menu, guests can choose from Arabic and Turkish coffee, karkade tea, limonana, fresh juices and a selection of other non-alcoholic beverages.
