Happy stay with Centara Grand Hotel Osaka
Overall experience was excellence. Clean and nicely located at Namba but yet not within the busy zone. Hence, get to enjoy its own tranquillity of the surrounding but still near the bustling zones of Namba which allow convenience for us to visit. Staffs are friending and helpful too. Definitely recommend all to stay.

Good location, there are lots of shops and restaurants down stair. Good Service with prompt action, especially front desk staff Many choices in breakfast buffet, we can have a great and lovely breakfast in a brand new day Christmas Decoration is fine.

Family and friends holiday
The hotel location was in a good location, very clean, front of the house staff were professional. 33 floor bar was very poorly managed and lots of basic drink items were out of stocks

We loved our stay!
We truly enjoyed our stay at Centara in Osaka. We had a Club Corner Room with an amazing view of Osaka's skyline. The room was spacious, modern and clean and the entire staff was super friendly and helpful. It's a short 15 min walk to the bright heart of Osaka and close to restaurants, bars and big shopping malls. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious (they even had Christmas stollen when we were there - which is much appreciated when you're from Germany). I really can't think of anything we didn't like about the room or hotel - and we'd always go back.

Brand new hotel
The receptionist is nice, and they speak English very well, easy to communicate. And they free upgrade my room too. One day I accidentally put some tea on bed sheet in morning, when I come back at night, I found out they didn't change my bed sheet that day. After a day, they changed bed sheet, maybe they have rules to change the bed sheet for two day. Naikan Airport train station is close, just need 5-10 min walk there. The hotel has decoration for holiday, so beautiful. Everytime I come back to hotel like go back home. Overall is nice place to stay.

Comfortable and relaxing
From the moment you walk into the hotel, you feel relaxed~great ambiance. Front Desk staff are welcoming and efficient. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. 10 minute walk from Nankai Namba station. Close to convenience store, shopping mall, eating places. Close to Osaka Castle, Dotonbori, Shin Sai Bashi, Kuromon.

An excellent property
We stayed in Centara Grand in the last leg of our Japan trip as a couple. A very modern hotel, and some excellent restaurants, it surely exceeded our expectations.

There is a konbini right below the hotel and shopping mall nearby the location. The hotel rendered outstanding services and you may chat with them via their in-app services. 👍👍👍

Amazing Place to Stay in Osaka with Family
Just a fantastic property with excellent service and amenities. Highly recommend paying extra to be in the club level as it comes with many perks. Also location is awesome since it’s such a short 15 min or less walk to Dotenburi.

Exceptional hospitality and service. The hotel has a vibrant atmosphere and is perfectly located for tourists. The only unexpected downside, given its 5-star rating, was the lack of a swimming pool and kids club.
