Overall experience was excellence. Clean and nicely located at Namba but yet not within the busy zone. Hence, get to enjoy its own tranquillity of the surrounding but still near the bustling zones of Namba which allow convenience for us to visit. Staffs are friending and helpful too. We loved our stay!
We truly enjoyed our stay at Centara in Osaka. We had a Club Corner Room with an amazing view of Osaka's skyline. The room was spacious, modern and clean and the entire staff was super friendly and helpful. It's a short 15 min walk to the bright heart of Osaka and close to restaurants, bars and big shopping malls. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious (they even had Christmas stollen when we were there - which is much appreciated when you're from Germany). Brand new hotel
The receptionist is nice, and they speak English very well, easy to communicate. And they free upgrade my room too. One day I accidentally put some tea on bed sheet in morning, when I come back at night, I found out they didn't change my bed sheet that day. After a day, they changed bed sheet, maybe they have rules to change the bed sheet for two day. Naikan Airport train station is close, just need 5-10 min walk there.
