What are the pool operating hours?
Pool operating hours are as follows:
Main Pool: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Lap Pool: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Lazy River: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
What time is breakfast served and is it included?
Breakfast time is between 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Is there a gym/fitness centre?
Yes, the hotel has fitness centre on-site.
Are baby cots available?
Cots/cribs are available upon request.
Is the water park free for hotel guests?
Yes. Access to the Lost World water park is complimentary for in-house guests.
Is the water park suitable for young children?
Yes. There are shallow pools and play zones suitable for younger children, in addition to larger slides for older kid.
Are there height or age restrictions for water slides?
Some slides have height requirements. These are displayed at each attraction and enforced for safety.
