  Deluxe Suite Premium Club

  Room - good to know that only one deluxe suite per floor and each floor is only accessible with your keycard. So not ideal when booking 2 rooms for a family of 4. Otherwise rooms very comfy, big and great views. Great shower too. Club lounge - not worth it. Very limited. There is about an hour gap between each service (breakfast, lunch, cocktail (limited) and post dinner snacks until 9pm only). Every time we came back from being out, we missed most of it which was very frustrating. Location - no small shops around but connected to an expensive mall. Close to BTS which is great. One stop from weekend market (must do) and a few stops from MBK mall. There is a market nearby which opens at 5pm (ok - food not too great where we ate) and another smaller shopping mall about 10 mins walk which is ok too. Restaurants - we ate at the Thai and Japanese restaurant. Quite good.

  Always an excellent stay

  Very convenient, easy access to mall and transports, excellent staff and breakfast. Weekend market very nearby and hotel provides free transfer. Few options on food inside the hotel and several hundred on the mall just across the parking lot

  Centara Grand Service

  Service was superb! From check in staff to housekeeping staff...all generous and accomodating. I will definitely stay again in this hotel in my future BKK visits. Carry on Centara Grand! Thanks for letting me have a wonderful stay.

  Friendly Staff

  The whole staycation was amazing and memorable. The staff were accommodating, friendly and generous. The food and drinks were tasty and delicious, especially the breakfast, there were many varieties of food to choose.

  Great place to stay!

  Customer service is great. Hotel staff are very hospitable and warm towards their guests. Requests, even during odd hours, were not a problem. I thought the rooms were also clean as well as the common areas.

  Ballroom

  Had a in room dining Phad Thai Koong is the best i've ever had in Thailand it was too tasty, Breakfast also lots of varieties, tastes good lots of pastry to choice. Over all i was satisfied in my stay. The ball room is Huge. can accommodate lots of people just a little hot maybe because lots of people.

  Nice experience

  Hotel is connected with the mall beside, not many choices of halal food, but is acceptable. There is direct access to MRT station and convenient store across the road. Front desk staff were very helpful and tried their best to fulfil your request - kudos to the team!

  Great Stay at Centara Grand Bangkok

  Highly recommend Centara Grand - excellent service, spacious rooms and excellent dining options at the hotel. The staff are most respectful and professional. The location on the city rail line is useful if you are not using a taxi. The location next to a large shopping mall is also a benefit. Lovely amenities at the hotel if you have a few hours to kill.

  Good hotel at very reasonable price and courteous staff. With a mall at walking distance offers mulitple food choices too. Service response is quick. Improvement area could Wifi. Their inhouse restaurant is good too

  Perfect for a Short Business Trip

  What a pleasant stay for me since it's a business trip. The hotel is connected to Central Ladprao which had everything you need so you don't need to go anywhere else for a short stay. The breakfast buffet is superb. My favorite was the mini pancake roll with banana and nutella inside. There is also hongkong style breakfast and even the noodle station and I highly recommend you to stay here if you're looking for a pleasant stay.

  Very pleasant stay

  I would recommend this hotel. Very good size rooms, professional staff, good location. Stayed there for 5 nights and did not find anything that bothered me. Well deserved 5 stars. I will definitely stay there again.

  Service excellence!

  Nice and comfortable room. The breakfast spread is good too. I had water ponding issue in my shower cubicle which was highlighted and attended, but still the same. So it's always a pool of water after shower.

  Up to expectations with a minor downside

  I love Centara Grand Hotel , this is my fifth stay in this hotel, and it won't be the last. Rooms are very clean, great Thai food, pool is refreshing and clean, staff is well trained and very friendly. Just a minor downside this time, the shower drain was clogged, the hotel sent someone to fix it but nothing changed. I should have asked for my room to be changed but I didn't want to move all my stuff again

  My stay in Centara Grand was a memorable one, staff were all very friendly and accommodating, facilities were clean and excellent. If I would return to Bangkok, I would consider this hotel again for the reasons above.

  Pain camp stay

  I had a chance to stay in your hotel for 2 days. All the things were good i think it was a little bit expensive. Food served was good in tast but Halal food should also be there in your menu to serve Muslims with the tags that whether food contain pork in it or not

  Great hotel with Strategic position

  Not new but nice and clean room. Next to Department store and Sky train. Got small swimming pool for the kid. Heaps of interesting dinning option in the hotel. Gym and Sauna is ok. Great service as well, recommended if it is within your Budget
