  bon hotel, bon emplacement, grande chambre, beaucoup de restaurants et un accès au centre commercial. très beau sky bar au dernier étage, je recommande cet hotel sur Bangkok le petit déjeuner est très copieux et il y a beaucoup de choix.

  Pleasantly surprised with Breakfast Box

  Chef was very thoughtful in choosing, preparing and packing my food 😃 He gave omelette, hash browns and grilled tomato in one box. With croissant, pastry, fruits, salad and drink in another box. And all these were packed so nicely!

  Top service and quality for the price!

  Value for money in terms of hotel food and amenities. Location wise, its just one train stop to Chatuchak market and not more than a 10 minute ride into bustling Sukhumvit/Silom. Concierge service is top notch. Ask them for "anything" and the do it brilliantly. Be it transport recommendation to far flung places, in my case to Kanchanaburi, it was all clockwork efficiency.

  Easy to go for shopping as well as located not so far from BTS station to explore around the city , tourist destinations. Varity of restaurants that you can dine-in inside the mall for your taste bud enjoyment.

  Business trip to Bangkok

  I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. Because it was directly connected to the mall, shopping was convenient. I celebrated my birthday during my stay at the hotel, but I was happy because they gave me a cake. I also enjoyed swimming in the pool.

  Awesome Hotel

  Friendly sevrice all round from the moment you enter the hotel. Hotel is connected with a shopping mall that carry everythings you would needed and plenty of food options too. Direct airport express bus from Don Meuang airport to hotel journey around 20 mins and short walking distance to hotel.

  Service with a warm smile

  While the hotel is dated, they do a great job in maintaining it. Overall its a great venue for numerous reasons. The staff are amazing and this makes your stay feel really good. The TVs in the rooms are 20 years old and need a serious upgrade.

  But the hotel can do with Better English language staff/reception/room service etc as it helps the Non Thai or Internation tourists to communicate better and thus adds to the overall comfort. Plus try and add some simple Fridge items/softdrinks or chocobar atleast.

  A short stay with excellent services

  Location is perfect for quick direct walking access to Central Mall & Union Mall’s if one is using the hotel for it’s location. Has very clean amenities and attentive staff which provide top service for whichever need you may have. Short drive to inner city Bangkok and Don Mueang Airport both approx 15mins. Rooms are well appointed and really it would be just updating the TV as it’s dated and smaller in comparison to other high quality hotel chains. Lobby/

  Very delightful stay

  The hotel looked old from the outside but it was a delightful hotel, the lobby was very clean and fancy and the rooms were good too. It was connected to Central Plaza, which was connected to a BTS station, an MRT station, and walking distance to Union Mall. Great place to stay.

  strategic location to Don Muang airport and Bangkok town

  Help full staffs. Clean hotel. Good breakfast. It may be 40 years old but seems that they keep upgrading the place. So it still looks new. The shopping mall is just a walk away from the hotel via back door.

  Great stay at Centara Grand

  Overall we enjoyed our stay at Centara Grand. We had a great room with a good view in the 22nd floor. There is a nice pool surrounded with tropical plants. The friendly staff helped us with all our requests.

  Pleasant stay

  It was the first time that we’ve chose to stay at this location as we usually stay at the siam area. However this hotel is located conveniently next to the central plaza and with just a walk through t the carpark you are able to walk to the hotel very conveniently. Will be the best option to choose during the rainy season where it is prone to flooding. The staff in the hotel are all extremely nice and helpful. And I thank them for it.

  My go to place in Bangkok

  Stayed here twice a year for the last ten years plus. Will continue to do so as always impressed. Having two malls adjoining is a massive bonus. It feels so safe, clean and friendly. Always think Ladprao so central to everything.
