  Perfect Dream Holiday

  It was a wonderful vacation! Every single hotel employee was very dedicated, hard-working and very friendly! It is an incredibly beautiful hotel in a top location with a wonderful beach! Every day there was a little surprise in the room and on our birthdays we were surprised with cake :) It was just so wonderful - an absolute dream vacation! We will definitely be back!

  Centara Koh Samui

  This is the most amazing place to stay at. The rooms, grounds and staff are amazing - would also recommend eating in their restaurants as we had no complaints with the food! The location is perfect to grab a cab or ride share into town to eat and visit the markets plus there are great places just down the road locally to eat at and the local massage place across the road is perfect for the end of the day. The check in and check out procedure is very easy and friendly with the added welcome drinks and cool towels. You will love the cocktail station in your room in the evening sitting on your deck and watching the day end. Perfect from beginning to end.

  Amazing stay in amazing resort.

  We spent few days in this amazing resort. Staff is very welcoming (especially Olivia, Few and Mild) and all our needs were anticipated. Breakfast is delicious as well as the for served by the swimming pool. We will definitely come back

  What day is it again?

  Centara Reserve provided a wonderful environment to relax and unwind in comfort. We soon lost track of what day of the week it was! It was great to have our own plunge pool in a private courtyard setting, and all the other facilities - pools, bars, restaurants - and beach access were just a short walk away through the gardens. The staff were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful.

  Supreme Luxury in Samui

  The stay in Centara Reserve exceeded expectations in every element of what one would wish for in a top tier five star luxury resort. Having stayed in many five star hotels around the world all my life this is most certainly up there in the top five globally. Special mentions go to Neil, the GM who runs the place impeccably. The entire team at breakfast especially to Olivia, Em and the managers. Paul and Tom from the pool area and to all the cleaners who work behind the scenes to keep the entire hotel beautifully maintained. A very special mention to Liam who has the capacity to go very far in the industry. I could quite easily stay here another month. It was a pleasure!

  You Will Not Be Disappointed - Centara Reserve Koh Samui

  A great hotel with excellent facilities. The staff are very well trained and nothing is to much trouble. The rooms are maintained to a very high standard and the restaurants offers varied menus to suit all tastes. The grounds are kept in pristine condition and the ocean view rooms look out over a fantastic soft sandy beach. Everything about the hotel was impeccable and the General Manager, Mr Neil Li is to be congratulated for making himself available to the guests throughout the day ensuring happy smiles all round. Mr Neil Li made our stay extra special and a more friendly and careing General manager woud be hard to find. He and his team are to be congratulated and would rate this hotel as six stars. You will not be disappointed. Would I stay at the Centara Reserve again, most definitely.

  5 relaxing days

  At the end of our roudtrip in Thailand we stayed at the Cetara Reserve. Room, service, food are all excellent. Staff more than friendly. All wishes/request were met to our full satisfaction.

  Excellent

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything from checking in, to the facilities, on site restaurants, the staff in particular and the check out were amazing. The hotel has the best strip of beach in Samui.

  Amazing hotel very unique

  We enjoyed our stay at Centara reserve it was excellent the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble they are a credit to the hotel. Even the top boss Big was seen around the complex, he was happy to chat and ask how your stay was and if there is anything you need. The breakfast food was the best lots of choice plus you could order a la carte as well as the buffet, we was spoilt for choice. The surprise of the day and the extra special touches like placing a flower when you arrive and making a wish is special along with the welcoming drinks. The beach is beautiful nice clean sand and clear sea excellent for families as well. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary the hotel put fresh roses and balloons in the room and a very special cake. Everything was perfect location the only thing was we didn’t want to leave. We stayed 10 wonderful nights Thank you Centara we take away lots of wonderful memories.

  The best report we have ever stayed at!

  A family of 5 with two pool access rooms, our stay was exceptional. The rooms and resort were luxury and the attention to detail in food, service and rooms was right up there. We couldn’t fault anything. If you can stretch the budget for a few days you won’t be disappointed. The beach front was amazing as was the ocean with safe waves. The pools were great and the staff always made sure you were set up with a spot and towels. We dined at the resort facilities for our entire stay as it was that good. Best family holiday we have ever experienced.

  A Stunning Resort

  We stayed 10 nights. All staff were so attentive, friendly and made our stay so enjoyable. The variety of dining options, beachfront and outside areas available, made for a relaxing resort style vacation. Best spa experience and setting. We stayed in a ground floor private pool suite and it was a great choice for easy access and privacy. Will definitely return. Well done Centara Reserve!!

  Outstanding Service, Great facilities, superb food! 10 on 10!

  We booked the pool room which was a great choice. Overall, a fantastic experience. Everything was great, including service, food and facilities. The resort is located on the nicest part of the beach and very close to restaurants and shopping. The only one thing that we missed is a bit more storage in the room, since we stayed for 5 nights.

  A wonderful stay in paradise

  Our family (2 adults + 2 toddlers) stayed at Centara Reserve for three nights and everyone loved it! We particularly enjoyed the pool areas, the guest rooms and the food we had at various outlets. Staff were particularly friendly and helpful and the resort itself is very well maintained. We all slept particularly well during our stay, which we definitely all needed. Simply cannot wait to be back!
