  Amazing Experience

  Our stay at Centara Reserve Koh Samui was a flawless blend of luxury, relaxation, and world-class service. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs—greeted with cool towels, refreshing welcome drinks, delicious chocolates and warm, genuine smiles from the staff. Our suite was pure paradise: beautifully designed, and boasting stunning views of the ocean. Every detail was perfect, from the comfortable bedding (amazing feather pillows) to the surprise of the day and personalised notes that made us feel so special. The dining experience was exceptional. Every meal was delicious whether at the pool or the exceptional choices of dining rooms, the food was fresh, creative, and bursting with flavour. Breakfast was a wide variety of delicious foods and the omelette cooked by Chef Bird was the best I’ve ever eaten and definitely one of the highlight’s of our stay. The dining staff were always genuinely friendly especially Pui, Anne, Plapla, Olivia and Kik. A big thanks to Ice from Front Desk who had banana and ice waiting every morning after a gym session from the modern sensational gym. The beach is a dream come true—pristine white sand, clear turquoise waters, and impeccable service from the pool staff especially Paul and Smoothie, Whether lounging or swimming in the pool we were always taken care of. The entire resort is a tropical oasis, with lush, beautifully landscaped grounds that made every corner feel like a hidden paradise. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Centara Reserve Koh Samui is an absolute gem. It offers the perfect balance of luxury, impeccable service, and stunning natural beauty. We can’t wait to come back to this slice of heaven! Highly recommended!

  Fabulous hotel

  Our fifth stay in this wonderful hotel. The best position on the beach three swimming pools and beautifully kept grounds. The staff are amazing always there to help nothing is too much trouble. The reception staff the pool boys and the wait staff are fabulous.the rooms are kept immaculate and the mini bar replenished daily. The cocktail in the rum bar were great as is all the food in the restaurants. I cannot recommend Centara Reserve highly enough we will be back next year with hopefully our extended family.

  An amazing experience

  Centara Reserve Samui is amazing! The hotel, pools and grounds leading onto a beautiful beach were incredible. The team are experts in creating memorable experiences for their guests. I have travelled a lot and stayed in many luxury hotels and never had the level of service we experienced with the friendly, genuine and attention to detail oriented team at Samui. Free breakfast & free minibar was included for all guests - with a delicious banquet of options for breakfast. if you are looking to treat yourself please go and stay at this hotel. It was outstanding!!

  Fantastic Resort

  One of the best holidays my partner and our friends have ever had. The beach and swimming pools were great. We enjoyed the swim-up bar. Our pool access rooms were amazing. The breakfasts were exceptional. The daily restock of the minibar and cocktails were an unexpected surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this resort.

  An oasis

  Stayed here for 6 nights on our honeymoon and it was perfection. Our ocean view room was sublime and we spent a lot of time at the main pool. The complimentary minibar and 'surprise of the day' were lovely treats. Highly recommend.

  Very nice hotel but a little overpriced

  This is a very nice hotel. Very suited for couples not so much for kids. When we were there the pool was not in great condition and as a result our bathing suits turned green and my daughter’s blonde hair as well. We told the guys at the pool but nothing was really done while we were there.

  We will be returning for sure.. it was one of our best stays definitely worth the money and we enjoyed every bit of it.. the staff are amazing led by the manager of course .. very thankful for the whole team friendly and professional at the same time. Hope to return soon

  One of the best hotels world wide!!

  This hotel is one of the special places in the world, and is perfect everywhere!! Where can I start? Hotel personal at reception and overall and General Manager are wonderful!! The whole staff is so very much freindly, competent, and always taking care about any individual needs! I know, it's unfair to all the great staff, but I want to call out in addition some individuals, that made our stay more than perfect and special: Eytan - Mr. Everywhere - unbelievable in how many places he was every day and always with good, compentent, and very friendly advices - 5 Star!! Next is Susie and her Bar team - what they do is what I understand about perfect service! Very good drinks, super friendly and always "reading" from customers faces whatever the wishes where - Top and 5 Star!! And last, but not least - Audy!! Best and friendliest driver we had the pleasure to take our island tour with! After we made some friendship, he was also was driving us to airport. All in all - perfect stay!! Kepp going hotel staff and management! You have great people everywhere - keep doing like this. You are doing great!!

  Perfect Dream Holiday

  It was a wonderful vacation! Every single hotel employee was very dedicated, hard-working and very friendly! It is an incredibly beautiful hotel in a top location with a wonderful beach! Every day there was a little surprise in the room and on our birthdays we were surprised with cake :) It was just so wonderful - an absolute dream vacation! We will definitely be back!

  Centara Koh Samui

  This is the most amazing place to stay at. The rooms, grounds and staff are amazing - would also recommend eating in their restaurants as we had no complaints with the food! The location is perfect to grab a cab or ride share into town to eat and visit the markets plus there are great places just down the road locally to eat at and the local massage place across the road is perfect for the end of the day. The check in and check out procedure is very easy and friendly with the added welcome drinks and cool towels. You will love the cocktail station in your room in the evening sitting on your deck and watching the day end. Perfect from beginning to end.

  Amazing stay in amazing resort.

  We spent few days in this amazing resort. Staff is very welcoming (especially Olivia, Few and Mild) and all our needs were anticipated. Breakfast is delicious as well as the for served by the swimming pool. We will definitely come back
