- Small Scale Event (Not over 100 persons): 1-3 months in advance for reservation

- Medium Scale Event (From 100 to 500 persons): 3-6 months in advance for reservation

- Large Scale Event (Over 500 persons and required international attendees): minimum 6 months to 1 year or more in advance for reservation
