Splendid modern hotel. Has it all. Minutes from the mayhem of the bar district, but secluded and included at the same time. Beautiful grounds. Great staff. We had the pleasure of their premium suite and LOVED it!

Awesome family holidays at Centara Reserve Samui
We stayed from 1 week with the family in the resort looking for relaxing holidays and this hotel exceeded our expectations. Starting from the welcoming at arrival up to check-out - all staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms (we had room 732 and 617) are really nicely done and the bed really enabling a good sleep. All in all I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Exceptional Resort
This resort offered everything of the highest standard. Room, grounds, facilities are gorgeous. Luxurious in every way with an exceptional staff. Shout out to Best who was unbelievable and offered a customized experience. Him and his team (Fern, Beaut) were always available and went out of their way to help and provide an unbelievable stay.

Centara amazing holiday
Wonderful, elegant, beautiful surroundings in a truly magnificent setting. We were treated like royalty the minute we stepped into the Centara. Excellent food and service and we had a grand holiday. The staff were brilliant in all the hotel departments. Thank you for looking after us so well. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent hotel slightly let down by the staff at Salt Society
We just returned from our centra reserve vacation . Overall it was a fantastic stay. The facilities are excellent, food selection is great, the rooms are perfect and it’s located excellently on the most beautiful part of the beach. The breakfast service was the highlight. Kamala was our waitress everyday and she is just brilliant. She made our days every single morning. The only let down in this hotel was the service at salt society. This hotel would have scored a 5 if it wasn’t for the staff here. We ate twice and felt they were rude and arrogant. That said, that was not the case at any other restaurants or bars. We loved the stay and I could have stayed another month. We would certainly go back and stay again.

Amazing hotel
Our travel operator Kuoni completely messed up our room booking! However, on arrival Centara reception did everything g they could to rectify the situation given the hotel was almost at capacity. They went over and above to meet our needs. Everyone we encountered was lovely from the gardeners to the general manager. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning.

Our favorite place to stay!
We love the Centara. This was our second time staying here. The beds are so comfortable and the breakfast in the morning can not be beat. We love the pools and the pool bar. Can’t wait to come back!

Always an amazing stay at Centara Reserve
Had the most wonderful 2 weeks at Centara the staff are just the best, facilities great, breakfast one of the best we have had at any hotel. Special shout out to Paul, Boww, Em, Sao, Maud. We will keep returning to our second home.

Lovely place to stay in Koh Samui
We revisited Centara Reserve in Koh Samui for the third time and it is an extraordinary resort in a perfect and central location on the island. The service level and management attention to the guests are on top tier level. Highly recommended and we will certainly come back again.

Another memorable stay at this glorious hotel
This was our second stay at Centara and it does not disappoint! From the amazing welcome to the unparalled breakfast offering and the beautiful pool and surrounds, we enjoyed our stay as much the second time as the first. Shout out to Paul in the pool area and Peck who were always so friendly and accomodating. We would not hesitate to return or to recommend the resort to anyone wanting a relaxing and stylish break on Samui.

Our first experience at the Centara Reserve Samui was nothing but perfect. From the beautiful room and facilities, to the incredibly pleasant staffs, and the delicious meals, everything was impeccable. Fabulous experience

Above and beyond all expectations
More expensive than average but worth it The resort, this luxury property retains and combines its colonial design aesthetic with contemporary flair, nestled at the peaceful end of Chaweng Road, the most idyllic island in my opinion, plenty of ways to relax, dine, drink and be inspired by the unique service experiences, set within lush gardens and with uninterrupted views of turquoise waters, beaches, peaceful calm and detachment, far from it all, yet just a short walk to the magnificent sunrises and sunsets.
