A decent place to stay in Mae Sot
Nice location if you want a serene environment and a nice mountain view. A little bit far from buzzy areas. Room are basic, and sort of classic with a wooden touches. Just in front of Robinson, so you won't find any difficulty for your snacks, meals, and small items, etc.

    Relaxing long weekend with family
Great service from check in to check out, breakfast buffet was a good selection, we had two evening meals in the restaurant that met expectation. The room was clean and serviced each day. The concierge provided good advice for tourist spots and local restaurants

    Great experience with CENTARA maesot
On behalf of Department of Industrial Promotion and Chulalongkorn University (Seminar and residence on 7-9 AUG) I would like to promote K.Chansuda (Mee) Centara's sale. Her hospitality and kindness has grabbed our hearts. This woman has a high negotiation performance with higher solving-problem. Eventually, she deserves to be in the right place, better than maesot (less folk, you know that) If centara in BKK or any hotel got her as a higher position, I would never regret to speak out clearly that your organization will go further and forwards. Thx.

The hotel is well located and services are very good. Staffs are very helpful and polite. Room is clean and spacious. I especially like the closeness to Robinson nearby which is very convenient. Access to downtown is also easy.

    Could use an update
Personnel very friendly and helpful. Hotel in good location and easy self-parking. However, it’s an older hotel and could use an update badly. Furnishings and equipment quite outdated. Especially the shower.

    Very enjoyable stay
I originally booked into a smaller guest house in town but after one night I decided to move to Centara. It was a wise decision. The room was very comfortable and the view over the pool was lovely. I had the pool to myself the couple of times I used it which was very nice. I took taxis into town sometimes, but it's also a short walk. The staff were friendly and I had a great few days there.

    very convenient place to access
The food was good. All the staffs were very friendly, smiling and helpful. It would be better if there's slippers in the room. After taking a shower, it was little inconvenient to move around the room with bare feet.

World Tour couple recommend this hote
Best hotel in Mae Sot and in this area - do not miss to use the wonderful swimming pool. The breakfast with european bread was wonderful for us. After two years, we missed it very much - the taste of a good bread, with butter and different, delicious marmelades. Also You can have all kind of very fresh, asian food. And every weekend they have unbelievable, fantastic South Asian Food Bufett - just watch their facebook site. Sushi, Maki, Miso, Prawns and much more. The chiefcook is an artist in the kitchen

    Very Good Hotel - 8/10
Had a comfortable and nice stay at Centara (for around 15-20 days). Probably the only hotel in Mae Sot where you can get a pool. That is a plus. Staff is polite and helpful. Room-service is also quick. The fitness center though, does need to be upgraded. The equipment seems pretty old. Would have given a 9 or 10 if the equipment center was good and wifi was easier to connect to.

    Excellent hotel in Mae Sot
The hotel is excellent. Clean well maintained. Staff is very helpful and accommodating, and speak English well. Rooms are a little noisy and adjoining rooms have no sound barrier- just a wooden door between rooms. Pool and tennis courts and fitness center very nice. Gym and swimming pool very nice. The laundry service is very expensive.
