Chef Rubel is a highly motivated when it come to food, he has starting his Culinary journey since year 2008 in Maldives where love of food inspired him to keep learning and develop where he is willing to go extra mile and challenges just to please our guests, he has joined Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa Maldives since year 2013 till present he is showcasing his passion in “La Brezza” restaurant.
“It was a first inspiration when I have a small opportunity to make food for others back in my hometown, it was year 2007 as I recalled. Many Chefs have motivate & Inspired me, Ever since seeing people happy with my food where I would say I am sincere and devoted to every dishes that I made has satisfy me and it is a dream to create dishes no one even done before or at least they have never tasted before.”
