Close to shopping area but need more work on In room dining services, lobby area and `TV channels
The hotel is good in term of access to shopping areas, however, I find it very procy considering the following. They need to be more considerate in providing pork/ham free varieties. The TV channels need more attntion as they are either THi focus or provide English movies in THi or dubbed. The lobby area needs improvement as no enough spaces are provided. Very convenient location and nice hotel
First time staying at this hotel with wonderful location, fits very well in rainy days that you don't have to go outside and can hang out for few days to explore the entire Central World. Glad to see restaurants I used to go were still there. Opposite to bigC and walkable to Siam Paragon makes life easier. The room is comfortable and clean and relatively spacious. The only negative is the air conditioner: it's quite noisy (even at the lowest setting) and I wonder if it's broken or intended.
