Before Spain, he worked at many leading Italian restaurants including the 1 Michelin Star Assaje restaurant at the Aldrovandi Villa Borghese in Rome, 1 Michelin Star Giuda Ballerino Restaurant Rome, 1 Michelin Star Locanda del Pilone in Piedmont and at the 3 Michelin Star La Pergola at the Waldorf Astoria Rome.

    Nice scenery and romantic atmosphere
    The food was nice and the ambiance was superb. If the night is clear it’s the good place for special occasions. The cocktails and alcohol listing is nice. The portions are big enough.
