Koh Samui 2025
We had a fantastic second time stay at Centara Reserve Koh Samui. From the service from all of the staff and the quality of the rooms, facilities and food from The Terrace breakfast were all excellent. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Koh Samui.

It's the best hotel in Koh Samui
It was the happiest travel destination and hotel of the recent trip. I think the service of the staff as well as the condition of the room was the best. I get treated more than the value of the money I paid.

ดีมากค่า บริการดี อาหารเช้าดี ห้องดี ที่สำคัญชายหาดสวยที่สุดในเกาะสมุยแล้ว ถ้าชอบเล่นน้ำ ชายหาดสวยๆ ไม่มีหิน ต้องที่นี่เท่านั้นค่ะ

Great location
Lovely swim up pool bar. Amenities were clean but rooms were a bit small as did not have room for at least one chair to sit inside or enough places to put your things.Beds were comfy.

Wunderschöner Urlaub im Centara
Von der Anreise bis zur Abreise alles bestens. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und es gibt genug Liegen am Pool und Strand. Das Frühstück war super und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Minibar ist inklusive, auch alkoholische Getränke, was sehr gut war ! Die Lage ist top, genug Bars und Restaurants direkt vor der Tür und bis zum Zentrum ca. 15-20min zu Fuß. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen. Sollte es mal wieder nach Koh Samui gehen würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke für die schöne Zeit. Lieben Gruß Nicole und Stephan

Absolutely wonderful hotel

이곳은 서비스가 매우 빠르고 친절합니다. 솔직히 말하면 중간에 룸서비스로 피자를 시킨 것에 문제가 있기는 하였는데 앞선 서비스들에 너무 만족을 하여서 그렇게 불만이 생기지 않았고 문제가 발생한 부분에 대해서 호텔 측에서 먼저 나서서 사죄 및 소소한 보상(망고 슬라이스...ㅋㅋㅋ)를 해주어서 기분좋게 넘어갈 수 있었습니다. 다음번에는 풀빌라 쪽에서 묵어보고 싶네요

Sanctuary on Chaweng
Splendid modern hotel. Has it all. Minutes from the mayhem of the bar district, but secluded and included at the same time. Beautiful grounds. Great staff. We had the pleasure of their premium suite and LOVED it!

Awesome family holidays at Centara Reserve Samui
We stayed from 1 week with the family in the resort looking for relaxing holidays and this hotel exceeded our expectations. Starting from the welcoming at arrival up to check-out - all staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms (we had room 732 and 617) are really nicely done and the bed really enabling a good sleep. All in all I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Exceptional Resort
This resort offered everything of the highest standard. Room, grounds, facilities are gorgeous. Luxurious in every way with an exceptional staff. Shout out to Best who was unbelievable and offered a customized experience. Him and his team (Fern, Beaut) were always available and went out of their way to help and provide an unbelievable stay.

Centara amazing holiday
Wonderful, elegant, beautiful surroundings in a truly magnificent setting. We were treated like royalty the minute we stepped into the Centara. Excellent food and service and we had a grand holiday. The staff were brilliant in all the hotel departments. Thank you for looking after us so well. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent hotel slightly let down by the staff at Salt Society
We just returned from our centra reserve vacation . Overall it was a fantastic stay. The facilities are excellent, food selection is great, the rooms are perfect and it’s located excellently on the most beautiful part of the beach. The breakfast service was the highlight. Kamala was our waitress everyday and she is just brilliant. She made our days every single morning. The only let down in this hotel was the service at salt society. This hotel would have scored a 5 if it wasn’t for the staff here. We ate twice and felt they were rude and arrogant. That said, that was not the case at any other restaurants or bars. We loved the stay and I could have stayed another month. We would certainly go back and stay again.

Amazing hotel
Our travel operator Kuoni completely messed up our room booking! However, on arrival Centara reception did everything g they could to rectify the situation given the hotel was almost at capacity. They went over and above to meet our needs. Everyone we encountered was lovely from the gardeners to the general manager. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning.

המלון הכי טוב באי סמוי, ביי פאר. המתקנים, השירות, תחושת המשפחתיות שבה העובדים המקסימים, שהפכו כבר לחלק מאיתנו ויוצאים מגדרם לספק לנו את כל צרכינו, עד הפרטים הקטנים ביותר, גורמים לנו לחזור למלון כל שנה.
