At the Japanese station, fresh fish of the day is straw-grilled over rising flames, sealing in its natural flavor while adding a distinctive smoky aroma. Enjoy the fragrant aroma of straw grilling and the dramatic presentation of fire.

At the Thai station, high-heat cooking brings out the aroma and texture of dishes such as stir-fried morning glory with garlic, chili, and fermented black bean flavor. The lineup also includes Tom Yum Goong, chicken green curry, minced beef gapao, Thai-style stir-fried noodles, grilled pork jowl with spicy jao sauce, and Thai sausage with condiments.
Western Cuisine
At the Western station, enjoy flame-finished Japanese pork loin with berry sauce, beef shin braised in red wine, spinach lasagna, and pizza al trancio. The selection brings together flame-finished pork, red-wine-braised beef, lasagna, and pizza in a hearty Western lineup.
