Suntory Whisky & Steak Pairing Dinner is a one-night-only event inviting guests to discover the depth and character of Suntory whisky through a specially crafted dinner course. Guided by Yuzo Ishihara, the 5th Master of Whisky, guests will explore the stories of the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries through pairings designed to enhance the aroma and flavour of each whisky. With each dish and whisky brought together in harmony, guests can enjoy a deeper appreciation of Suntory whisky.

Yuzo Ishihara joined Suntory Limited in 1991 and is the 5th Master of Whisky, certified by the Whisky Culture Research Institute in 2016.
With the belief that “knowledge of whisky makes it even more enjoyable,” he has been active in promoting whisky culture through whisky seminars, judging at the TWSC competition and other educational activities.
