프랑스 국적의 셰프 Christian Ham은 방콕의 D’Sens, 홍콩의 L’Atelier Joel Robuchon, 파리의 Taillevent, 스트라스부르의 Le Crocodile을 포함한 최고 수준의 레스토랑에서 23년 이상의 경험을 보유하고 있습니다.
센타라 그랜드 앳 센트럴월드에 합류하기 전에는 태국 방콕과 중국 상하이의 Cordon Bleu에서 셰프를 양성하는 강사로 활동했습니다.

Amazing
