A perfect stay
Centara was the first hotel from our first time in Japan. We wanted something close to the station, spacious, comfortable and luxurious. It tick all boxes.

Great location, excellent breakfast
We loved the club lounge room on the 30th floor. Our view was amazing. The club lounge is large, quiet and also has a lovely view. The food and drink selections are sufficient and the staff attentive. The main breakfast on floor two is amazing as well. The mall next to the hotel is HUGE. I even found a great massage place inside the mall. The train station is within the mall and only 5 minutes walk from the hotel door to the turnstile. The location is near amazing food choices. We walked to the Osaka castle (about an hour walk) and all through the main areas of Osaka. I would highly recommend this hotel.

5 days at Namba Osaka
Hotel was situated in a quiet corner right next to Namba Parks and station. It was an easy 7 minute walk from Namba Rapi station. Good shopping around the area at Namba, Parks Namba City and adjacent Takashiyama department store. Osaka Namaba station was a longer 12 minute walk away. Hotel was bright and airy and had a spacious feeling. Also not overtly busy and has a slightly laid back feel. Overall assess to attractions was easy.

Best hotel in Osaka!
This hotel is close to everything and no need to go far to be in great restaurants and tourist places. It's also close to main train station! I recommend people travelling to Osaka to try Centara Grand Hotel and they will never fail you.

New swanky hotel in a very convenient Osaka location
This was my 3rd stay at the Centara Grand Hotel Osaka. I love the hotel’s central location to access all of Osaka’s main attractions. The rooms are new and spacious for Japanese standards. The international staff members provided a pleasant and friendly service experience, especially Ms. Luu (the breakfast barista), Ms. Linh and Ms. Hiromi in the Club Lounge, who went above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

Excellent stay for the New Year for my family
We stayed at their Rei family rooms with 2 bunk beds. The room was spacious and had enough room for my family. Appreciate the complimentary Nespresso and Water they provided. Bidet was great though could have been more posh with warm seats. Namba parks is right outside with access to train station as well. Its a 10 min. walk to Dotonburi and location is very central. Would probably stay here again if there were good offers. Overall, had a fantastic experience with Centara Grand Hotel Osaka.

Beautiful hotel and love staying here!
I stay at this hotel regularly as a flight attendant and always look forward to it. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is amazing! Love soaking in the tub, so relaxing!

spacious room with warm ambiance
If you care about quality and the ambiance of your stay , then book this hotel you would never regret ! I travel with a 8 hr old booked triple room . The room js bright clean and spacious with bathtub shower room , the room size is comparable to North American standard.

Happy stay with Centara Grand Hotel Osaka
Overall experience was excellence. Clean and nicely located at Namba but yet not within the busy zone. Hence, get to enjoy its own tranquillity of the surrounding but still near the bustling zones of Namba which allow convenience for us to visit. Staffs are friending and helpful too. Definitely recommend all to stay.
