What can Gift Cards be used for?
This gift card is valid for the purchase of accommodation, spa treatments and for use in food & beverage outlets at any of the participating Centara Hotels & Resorts in Thailand. Please refer to a list of participating properties on Terms of Use.
Please note that Centara Gift Cards can only be applied when booking directly through our Centara Customer Contact Centre and cannot be used for reservations made via the third-party platforms or at any outlets managed by a third-party.

How long does it take for a Gift Card to be delivered?
Gift Cards are delivered via Registered Post to recipient address which is only available within Thailand (Free of Charge).

- Delivery to all other areas within 5 - 7 working days

How can I activate my Gift Card?
If you buy a Gift Card from the front desk or Gift Shop at any Centara Hotels & Resorts, the Gift Card will be activated automatically and ready to use.
For Online purchases, you must receive the Activation Code (4 digits) after your transaction has been completed. To activate your gift card, please contact our Centara Contract Centre, Tel. (+66) 02-102-1234 or (+66) 02-769-1234, available Monday - Friday (09.00 - 18.00 hrs.). The Gift Card number, date of expiration and the Order Confirmation Code (4 digits) are required to activate your gift card.
Can I purchase Gift Cards on behalf of a company?

When will a Gift Card expire?
Your Gift Card will expire 1 (one) year from the date of purchase indicated by as the date shown at the back of your gift card.
Can a tax invoice be issued if I purchase Centara Gift Card?
No, the full Tax invoice cannot be issued for gift card purchasing, but we can issue a receipt for you or under your company’s name.
Can I add more value to a Gift Card?
No, once a Gift Card has been purchased, the value on it cannot be increased and you will need to purchase a new card for additional value.
Is there anything I cannot use my Gift Card for?
Yes, this gift card may not be used for the purchase of accommodation or other applicable services at any overseas Centara Hotels & Resorts property and also other business partners.

No, Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded after purchased.
