About Aged Beef
Our beef is carefully aged in a dry-aging chamber for 2 to 4 weeks, enhancing its flavour and enriching its aroma. Grilled in a charcoal oven at around 500°C, the surface becomes crisp and savoury, while the inside retains all its delicious juices, creating a top-quality steak experience.

Steak Knife Craftsmanship
The steak knives at Whisky Nova are specially crafted by Jikko, a knife maker with over 110 years of history, renowned for producing Sakai knives. The blade material is made from coreless steel, combining multiple layers of two types of steel for exceptional sharpness, with intricate patterns running along the edge. You may choose a handle made from Siamese persimmon, laurel, oak, or cherry wood, according to your preference.
