Hida Beef Fair
At WhiskeyNova Steakhouse, enjoy steaks of aged meat expertly cooked by our chef from Gifu Prefecture, who personally visited the producers to verify the exquisite flavor of Hida beef. This beef will be offered for a limited time from July 6 (Saturday) to September 4 (Wednesday). Grilled in a charcoal oven until crisply seared on the outside, the excess fat is rendered, concentrating the delicious flavors. Please come and taste this at our steakhouse with a spectacular view of the Osaka cityscape. Prices start from ¥15,000 per person.
